Production Method of High Slump Retaining Type Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer:
Preparation of raw materials: The primary raw materials of high-slump retention polycarboxylate superplasticizer include polycarboxylate, initiator, crosslinking agent, catalyst, solvent, etc. Polycarboxylate is the critical component, which can be polymerized from methacrylate, acrylic ester, styrene and other monomers. Initiators, crosslinking agents, catalysts, etc., control the polymerization process and the properties of the products.

Polymerization reaction: the polycarboxylate monomer, initiator, crosslinking agent, catalyst, etc., are mixed at a specific temperature and pressure polymerization reaction.
